Our Mission

The Royal Commonwealth Honours for Excellence in Parental Stewardship exists to recognise and celebrate those extraordinary individuals who dedicate themselves to strengthening the bond between families and educational institutions.

Since 1891, we have upheld the highest standards of recognition, ensuring that parent social representatives across the Commonwealth receive the distinguished acknowledgement their service so richly deserves.

Under the guidance of our current leadership, the Foundation continues to expand its reach whilst maintaining the time-honoured traditions established by our founder, Sir Montague Ashworth-Pemberton.
